Personal Development

Communicating with family and friends while dealing with your own emotions can be challenging, at the best of times.  When we encounter loss or change, the situation can create tension for everyone. We have coaches that offer a wide variety of educational workshops, that dive into how we have learned to communicate and how we might be able to improve our relationships, with a few new tools.

01

Personal Loss Discovery Workshop

In this 7-week action-oriented program you will find a safe place to explore your personal loss history.

Led by an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist you will begin with bite-sized learning activities that will gently guide you towards identifying and writing your personal experience with loss and change.

02

Helping Children Navigate Change

In this 4-week program parents, teachers, school counsellors and guardians will learn new skills for recognizing the impacts of change on children.

The skills learned here can be of enormous value no matter what loss a child has experienced. Adults often recognize the loss of a family member, pet, or significant life events such as moving and divorce. However, let’s not forget the daily events surrounding our children at school and in the playground, especially with the recent changes created by the pandemic.
