“When we judge others according to our image of
perfection, they naturally fall short of our expectations.”
The group workshop offers a code of conduct for teams that advocates freedom from self-limiting beliefs that may cause distress and limit a team to perform.
In this practice of making agreements with ourselves and our team, we affirm who we are, how we behave, and what is possible when we come together with a common understanding.
Come prepared to talk about ...
The value of honest communication
The danger of taking the actions of others personal
The danger of assuming you know the full story
What it means to be your best self
In this workshop, we are guided by Don Miguel Ruiz's book The Four Agreements. Participants will receive a copy of this book for taking home to implement in their personal lives. Also, a study guide will be provided to help participants get the most out of this workshop.
This online workshop is 1.5 hours/week over 4 weeks.
Half-day group workshops have been postponed for the remainder of 2020.
